American Pickers star Mike Wolfe took to Instagram to share a photo of himself with ‘legend’ Chip Foose during an ‘epic day’ of filming for Season 27.

Mike Wolfe recently shared a snapshot of an “epic day” filming with a “legend,” leaving fans eagerly anticipating the new episode.

Filming for the next season of American Pickers was set to start in February but it seems the crew has already hit the road with Wolfe’s latest teaser on Instagram.

The History Channel star gave fans a sneak peak at the upcoming season and its guest appearances.

Wolfe posed alongside car designer Chip Foose, 61, both grinning in front of a sign bearing the Foose Design logo.

Alongside the image, Mike also shared a short video of Chip working with a circular grinder, sparks flying. In his caption, he wrote: “Epic day filming with the legend @chipfooseofficial… Can’t wait for you all to see this episode. Chip and I know each other thru bicycles not cars. He’s a antique bicycle hunter and gather just like me.”Mike Wolfe & Chip Foose

A third added: “I’m hyped to watch!”

Along with filming for the new season, Mike is working on another project: an 1873 Italianate building in Columbia, Tennessee. He posted a photo of the bricked structure, complete with a porch and ladders scattered around the property.

In his caption, he detailed the restoration process: “Shutters are up on the tower of the 1873 Italianate that I’ve been restoring in Columbia TN, obviously with the help of some pretty next level craftsman’s. The tower and the porch were missing from this beautiful structure but we’re fortunate to be working from some very detailed photos.”

His followers were quick to praise his work, suggesting he should turn his hobby into a reality TV show.

One fan commented: “I would love to see Mike do a restoration show of houses and vintage motorcycles.”

Another chimed in: “We need a building restoration show for you on HGTV.”
