Although the episode went over well with viewers it still didn’t boost viewership as only 595,000 fans tuned in, The U.S. Sun reported. The ratings have declined even more since the Dec. 11 episode; however, it’s slightly above the December 4 episode which came in at 584,000.

The Dec. 11 episode had 676,000 viewers, while the December four episode had 584,000 watch. American Pickers saw a surge in ratings for the November 27 episode which brought in 623,000, but weeks before the show never broke 600,000.

The November 20, 2024 episode earned 521,000 viewers, the November 13 episode had a viewership of 582,000 and the Nov. 6 episode had 547,000 watch. Also, American Pickers’ October shows struggled to have high ratings.

In the episode aired on Oct. 30, the ratings hit a massive love of the season, bringing in only 424,000. The week before that, 566,000 viewers tuned in, and on Oct. 16 463,000 viewers watched. The Season 26 premiere aired on Oct. 9 brought in 565,000. For most of Season 26, ratings have been drastically low compared to Season 25.

Last season, one of the highest-rated episodes of Season 25 had 966,000 viewers. Given how much American Pickers seems to be declining, fans have called for the show’s cancellation all season long.

“This show needs to go… cancel this show it’s a husk of what it was,” one fan wrote. Another noted, “It was never good. This show ruined the buying/selling market.” Someone else asked, “Will American Pickers continue?”
