“I’m going to release the pressure off the crane and then go up and down with it,” the engineer Zack Olson announces. “I think we’re good.”

Engineer Zack Olson and deck boss Nick McGlashan tackle the issue.
“This ram went on us,” Nick explains. “It’s really the only repair that could shut us down like this—something we couldn’t fix.”

The hydraulics on the launcher had blown out two days ago, costing time and money.
“I don’t think we have the piece,” Zack admits.
“Damn,” mutters Nick.

Zack faces criticism for his lack of preparation.
“Zack, you should be overseeing all that. It’s your job, man,” Nick says, frustration evident.
