American Pickers' Robbie Wolfe's staggering net worth and real estate portfolio revealed
Robbie Wolfe, star of American Pickers, has quietly amassed a significant real estate portfolio in Iowa.
The 57-year-old, who officially joined the History Channel show full-time in 2022 replacing Frank Fritz, has built an impressive real estate portfolio and net worth over the years. In addition to being on American Pickers, Robbie is also the owner of United Service Motors, a vintage car and antique shop in Davenport.
He bought the commercial building for $200,000 in March 2021 and invested an additional $25,655 in renovations. The shop, which sits on a quarter-acre of combined land, houses a large collection of Americana, including vintage signs, classic cars under restoration, and even a British phone booth.
In October 2020, Wolfe acquired a 6.11-acre property for $80,000, which features a 1,768-square-foot utility building. His primary residence, purchased in August 2017 for $335,000, has since appreciated to an estimated $477,000. The 3,092-square-foot home sits on over an acre of secluded land near a 10-acre wooded area. The property features maple hardwood floors, an open floor plan with high ceilings, and a kitchen with wood cabinets and breakfast bar.
The master bedroom includes a skylight and private bathroom, while outdoor amenities include a three-car garage, brick patio, and hot tub. His brother and co-star Mike Wolfe, 60, has amassed an even larger real estate portfolio valued at approximately $5 million across Iowa and Tennessee.
Mike Wolfe’s ambitious project in the heart of Tennessee comes with a hefty $93 million price tag, but locals are enthused about the revitalization he’s bringing to Columbia. “The project is costing $93 million. The town is happy Mike is taking this on to help bring new life to Columbia,” an insider spilled to The U.S. Sun.
His investments include the purchase of Columbia Motor Alley for $400,000 in 2017, the quaint Two Lanes Guesthouse, and a lavish $1,050,000 residence in Leiper’s Fork. With a fortune estimated at $7 million, the TV personality rakes in almost half a million dollars each season.
