American Pickers star Mike Wolfe’s Columbia, Tennessee restaurant has completed construction as new photos reveal the stunning outdoor space. The US Sun revealed Mike, 60, is opening a restaurant in Columbia, Tennessee as construction workers were hard at work to complete the outdoor area of the restaurant in November.
Now, The US Sun can exclusively reveal photos of the finished product. The front of the restaurant has a wooden pagola with lights streaming from the beams. There are gray pavers under the pagola instead of concrete. The fire pit area also has pavers, and there is a brick bench for customers who want to sit around the fire.
Opposite the brick fire pit are pavers that are elevated, which will be a stage for karaoke and performers. The outdoor area is lined with a black metal gate and brick planter boxes with shrubs.
According to property records viewed by the US Sun, Mike dropped $600,000 on the property on September 15, 2022. The 976 sq ft space was built in 1953.
Earlier, The US Sun had previously obtained photos of when the property was under construction in November. A source told the US Sun at the time, “It’s going to be a restaurant. They’re going to sell pizza, soda, that kind of stuff. Construction workers are building a stage for karaoke, a fire pit, and a pagola in front of the building.”
Mike even stopped by the property on the morning of November 3 to check out the progress and appeared pleased with the work. In photos obtained by the US Sun, Mike could even be seen showing workers exactly what to do to execute his vision.
Mike has kept Instagram followers up to date on the progress as he posted a photo on Instagram of the outside of the building with construction workers hard at work in November. He captioned the photo: “It’s time to choose plants for the 1940s station Courtyard project. This property will have an intimate, unique experience in the heart of a visit to Columbia, Tennessee’s historic district. Come see all this little town has to offer. Big thanks to Money Uncore Design for helping make all the green decisions.”
He also posted in late November: “When I first came to Columbia, Tennessee 6 years ago, this building immediately caught my eye. Through all of the changes over the years, this little SOS service station has managed to weather the storm. So many of these places have been scraped from the earth, erasing such a big part of transportation history in America. I feel incredibly blessed to have had the opportunity to reimagine how this property could continue to serve the community. This outdoor space will create memories for years to come.”
The soon-to-be restaurant is just steps away from Mike’s vacation rental, Two Lanes, and his car garage, Columbia Motor Alley, as the star is working to give the sleepy town, which is about an hour south of Nashville, new life.
Aside from appearing on *American Pickers*, Mike has many businesses to his name. He owns vacation rental Two Lanes and a bike shop, Columbia Motor Alley. He also owns the store *Antique Archaeology* with locations in Le Claire, Iowa, and Nashville, Tennessee.
Back in 1999, he opened up *Wolf’s Village by Bike* in Eldridge, Iowa, where he taught bicycle history and safety. The business continues to be active today with his sister Beth Welzenbach listed as an agent of the company. He launched M Properties the same year, where he continues to buy real estate and restore properties. He is even a landlord of multiple buildings.
The US Sun previously reported Mike’s real estate net worth is approximately $3,467,300. Mike also owns the production company Mossy Point Inc., and he even teamed up with actor Jason Momoa for a…
